Booking Policy
A valid Mastercard or Visa card is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation. Persons making the reservation must be 18 years or above.
Minimum Night Stays
We are unable to offer overnight stays, there is a minimum requirement of 3 nights during the low season, 5 nights during mid season and 7 nights during high season. Should there be gaps for shorter stays we are happy to offer these to all guests - please enquire directly.
Deposit Requirements
A deposit of $200.00 during Low and Mid Season and $400.00 during High Season is required in order to secure a reservation. A deposit if required at the time of placing a booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees Apply - No refund of the deposit if the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the Arrival date - 50% refund of the deposit if the booking is cancelled more than 30 days out from the arrival date.
Child Policy
Children under 3 years are at no charge but own bedding must be provided. Children 3 years and over are counted as a guest
Maximum Guest Numbers
Additional Guests: A 1 bedroom apartment tariff is for 2 guests however 1 additional guest may be catered for at a cost of $20.00 per night including rollaway bed
A 2 bedroom apartment tariff is for 4 guests however 1 additional guest may be catered for at a cost of $20.00 per night including rollaway bed
A 3 bedroom Subpenthouse tariff is for 6 guests however 1 additional guest may be catered for at a cost of $20.00 per night including rollaway bed.
Please note that due to fire regulations we are unable to exceed these maximum guest numbers in any one apartment.
No Show Policy
If no cancellation has been received by Burleigh Surf Apartments and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge per apartment booked plus an administration fee of AUS $25.00.
Other Conditions
Late Arrivals: Please advise Reception if you anticipate your arrival to take place later than 4.45pm. We offer a locked box after hours service and this number can be given out to Guests 24 hours prior to your arrival. We also have a night Manager Service that we can discuss with you should this be preferable. Please contact us on 07 5535 8866.
